Emerson constantly gets annoyed with Chuck tailing himself and Ned on the cases while Ned doesn’t want to share anything with Chuck. Ned revives Bernard Slaybeck, a car safety specialist who was killed in a hit and run but before the man could explain the cause of his death Ned starts asking him romantic question about somebody who worked with him.
