With a touch of his hand, Ned can revive people from the dead but if he touches them again it will kill them. Plus, if he keeps the revived person alive for more than one minute, another person dies. Ned decided to use this gift to solve crimes. Everything went well for him until he gave life to Charlotte, his childhood crush and decided to keep her alive.
